Q. My order has not arrived yet and I wish to cancel and be refunded. Can I do so?
A. Providing your item is not yet shipped then your order can be cancelled at any stage and a full refund issued within 7 days of the request (usually the same day although it may take 3-7 days to show on your card depending on your bank's policies). If the item has already been shipped, the package can be returned to us unopened for a refund. However, if the envelope/parcel has been opened or tampered with in any way we cannot accept it for a refund.

Christmas Deliveries - We anticipate being able to ship all orders of items in stock order for Christmas in time placed up to 18th December. HOWEVER - if the item is being ordered for Christmas please make sure you let us know in the comments box at the time of ordering so we can inform you of any delays.
We recommend that any returns are sent by 'signed for post' or registered post and cannot take any responsibility for items that do not reach us. Proof of postage is not sufficient.
We from various times run offers/ promotions on particular styles/ colours - please note that the offers apply to limited number of pieces and once they have sold out we are unable to supply styles at the promotional price. Cashu reserves the right to cancel any order and to refund the customer the full amount that they have paid.
