we are proud of our jewellery and of our customer service skills, if in the unlikley event you as our customer are unhappy in any way with the product that you recieved or our communication, please don't hesitate to contact us on 07769884653 or email us at rd_jewellery@yahoo.co.uk

we will only isue a refund if the item was damaged in the post, and you put it in writing as soon as possible, you will have 7 days after purchase to send the item back in the original packaging and will also have to pay for the delivery (earrings/body jewellery are non refundable due to health and safety)....(please use a signed for service as we will not be held responsable for items lost in the post)

we will make our best atempt to ensure that this does not hapen, as we see you, as a customer, our number 1 priority.

Delivery options: when you process to our checkout stage you will have the option to choose your delivery method, UK (1st class recorded) 49p , Europe £2.99, USA / Canada £3.99, Australia / New Zeland £4.99, special next day delivery (1-5 items,uk only) £4.99 , special next day delivery (6+ items,uk only) £8.99. if you choose 1st class recorded delivery items will usualy be with you in approx 2-3 days,if you choose (europe,USA / Canada or Australia / New Zeland) please allow up to 14 days for delivery! but for items lost at the post office we cannot be held responsable for this, we will retain the delivery slip as proof of postage! for this reason we give you the option to recieve your items guaranteed next day delivery, all orders over £44.99 will recieve free special next day delivery.

if paying via cheque, please allow 3-4 days after arrival for funds to clear! if paying via postal order please DO NOT cross it otherwise we will not accept it and will email you to say so.

you will recieve a free gift box on the following items--necklaces--rings--watch sets.

All orders will be dispatched the same say if before 3pm and not on a sunday and if payment is confirmed. Orders will be sent via Royal mail recorded delivery to ensure a safe delivery.

If you choose to use our special next day delivery service, payment must be made before items are dispached.
